CD_(44)Ⅴ_6和P27^(kip1)基因蛋白表达对非小细胞肺癌生物学行为和预后的影响

Relationship between expressions of CD_(44)Ⅴ_6,P27^(kip1) protein and the biological behavior and prognosis of human non-small cell lung cancer

摘要 目的探讨CD44Ⅴ6和P27kip1基因蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测63例NSCLC组织、20例正常支气管黏膜中CD44Ⅴ6和P27kip1蛋白的表达情况。结果CD44Ⅴ6在NSCLC中的阳性表达率为65·1%,而在正常支气管黏膜中无阳性表达。CD44Ⅴ6的表达与NSCLC的淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P<0·01)。P27kip1在正常支气管黏膜和NSCLC组织中的阳性表达率分别为80%和54%,两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0·05)。P27kip1的表达缺失与NSCLC的分化程度、TNM分期以及有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0·05)。结论CD44Ⅴ6和P27kip1基因蛋白在NSCLC的发生、发展、转移过程中均发挥作用,可作为判断NSCLC预后的重要指标。 Objective To explore the expressions of CD44V6,P27^kip1 protein in human non-small cell lung cancer and their relationship with the biological behavior. Methods The S-P immunohistochemical technique was used to detect CD44V6, P27^kip1 protein expressions in 63 case of human non-small cell lung cancer and 20 cases normal bronchial mucosa. Results The positive expression of CD44V6 in human non-small cell long cancer was 65.1% but in normal bronchial mucosa was negative. The expression of CD44V6 was correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical TNM stage of human non-small cell lung cancer(P〈0.01). The positive expression rate of P27^kip1 in normal bronchial mucosa and non-small cell lung cancer were 80% and 54% respectively, There was significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05). The loss of P27^kip1 protein expression in cases of lung cancer was significantly associated with differentiation, lymph node metastasis and TNM stages(P〈0.05), Conclusion CD44V6 and P27^kip1 protein may play an important role in carcinogenesis, progression and metastasis of lung cancer, and may be as the indications of prognosis in human non-small cell lung cancer.
