AF系统内固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折

Operation treatment for fracture of thoracolumbar vertebrae using atlas fixation system

目的探讨和评价AF脊柱后路固定系统在脊柱外科的应用价值和作用.方法回顾性分析82例胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者在AF内固定治疗术前、术中及术后情况.结果82例患者均获得随访,时间6～30个月,平均18个月.椎体高度较术前明显恢复,Cobb's角由术前的平均22.3°矫正到术后约2.3°,术后神经功能均有不同程度恢复.结论AF脊柱后路固定系统手术操作简单、固定可靠,可重建脊柱的稳定性,适用于胸腰段脊柱骨折的治疗.

Objective Try to evaluate the effectiveness and internal value of the atlas fixation（A.F）. Methods 82 patients with fracture of thoracolumbar spine were operated by AF internal fixation, and then the effectiveness of the AF before the operation, during the operation, after operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results 82 patients obtained a follow-up visit for 6--30 months, averaged 18 months. All the cases had lost the anterior height of body of spine. And Cobb＇s angle rectified from 22.3° to approximately 2.3°. The nerve function had been restoraed in some degree after operation.Conclusion Compared with other spinal posterior internal fixation,AF has better results in effectiveness and simplification.
