摘要 利用力学性能测量和透射电镜观察分析等手段,研究了固溶、时效热处理制度对 Cu-Cr-Zr 合金组织和性能的影响,讨论了合金强化和高电导的机制。结果表明:Cu-0.55Cr-0.15Zr(w/%)合金经固溶淬火、70%冷轧、450℃ 4 h 时效后,σ_b=495 MPa、σ_(0.2)=420 MPa、δ=17.5%、相对电导率81%IACS,合金高强高导。 The effect of the heat treatments-solution and aging-on the structures and properties of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy has been studied by means of mechanical properly test and TEM. The results show that σb,σ0.2 ,δ and the relative electric conductivity of the Cu-0.55Cr-0.15Zr alloy are 495MPa, 420MPa, 17.5% and 81% IACS, respectively, after it was solutionized and quenched in water, cold-rolled to the deformation extent being 70% and then aged at 450℃ for 4h. This alloy has high strength and high conductivity.
