摘要
本文提出了"从简到繁,从粗到细"的液压系统故障诊断原则,并以1400mm 铝带冷轧机液压系统出现的典型故障为例,详细说明了根据这一原则所采取的具体的故障排除方法和步骤。
The paper puts forward a principle of fault diagnosis of hydraulic system, that is, “from the simple to the complex and from the rough to the detail”, and taking some typical malfunctions of hydraulic system of the 1400mm aluminum cold rolling mill as examples, expounds in detail the concrete method and steps based on the principle for fixing a breakdown of hydraulic system.
