摘要
本文结合笔者的实践,介绍了高校图书馆中文图书实行采购招标的背景,分析了实行采购招标的优势和不足,并指出高校图书馆中文图书采购实行采购招标应注意的问题。
According the author＇s experience, the paper has introduced the background of implementation acquisition tendering of Chinese books in university library, analyzed its advantages and disadvantages, and point out the issues that merit attention in implementation of acquisition tendering of Chinese books in university library.
