地区农科院图书馆的改革与思考

Reform and Thought in Libraries of Regional Academies of Agricultural Sciences

本文围绕温州市农科院科技情报信息研究所的几项改革措施,提出中小型图书馆的改革思路:尽快建立图书馆界荣誉机制;公益服务为主,科技开发为辅;统一机构名称,服务特色化;争取成立地区性的农业科技图书信息中心。

Several reform measures are adopted in the Institutes of Sci-tech and Information, Wenzhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The paper has put forward suggestions on medium or small-scale libraries＂ （1） To build up honorary mechanism of library work; （2） Focus on public service and supplementary in sci-tech development; （3） To unify institution titles with special services; and （4） Strive to establish regional informational library centers of agricultural science and technology.
