摘要
重物不重人的传统管理比较重视物质刺激等有成本的激励,但在以人为本的现代管理中仅有物质刺激还远远不够,还必须充分重视和切实践行尊重员工、关心员工、信任员工等零成本激励。文章着重探讨了人本管理中的零成本激励的含义,必要性,以及在图书馆人本管理中如何践行零成本激励的问题。
In traditional management, it had attached more importance to some material initiative in modem management, It is not only enough for us to be interested in the material encouragement in modem management for the vital interests of the people, we must also give full attention and practice employee respect, concern and believe and other zero-cost initiatives. The paper has focused on the concept and necessity of zero-coast initiative during management for the vital interests of the people and implemented zero -cost initiatives during library management for the vital interests of the people.
