糠秕孢子菌毛囊炎物理治疗的疗效观察

Clinical observation of treatment in pityrosporum folliculitis by physical medical methods

目的观察3种物理疗法对糠秕孢子菌毛囊炎的治疗效果。方法186例患者均内服伊曲康唑200mg/d,连用7d。同时分3组采用冷冻、窄频中波紫外线(UVB)照射和特定电磁波(TDP)照射法,隔日一次的治疗,7次为一疗程。结果冷冻组有效率92.2%,UVB组83.1,TDP组84.1%。结论3种物理疗法均提高了糠秕孢子菌毛囊炎的治愈率,而且安全有效,以冷冻治疗更佳,值得使用推广。

Objective： TO observe the treatment results of three kinds physical medical methods for the pityrosporum foliculitis.Methods： 186 patients have already taken 200mg/d of itraconazole for seven days,as well as dividing into three groups received by refrigeration,lighted by UVB and TDP,every for two days, seven days for a treatment process.Results：The refrigeration results is up to 92.2%,UVB a 83.1%,TDP a 84.1%. Conclusion：Three kinds of physical medical methods has improved the medical treatment as well as safety, in particularly, the refrigeration methods is better and well worth using in the future.
