我国西南地区农机用油现状及发展趋势

THE PRESENT STATUS AND DEVELOPMENT TREND OF FARM APPARATUS OILS IN SOUTHWEST AREAS OF CHINA

对西南地区农用运输车和相关农机具的现状、发展趋势、用油状况进行介绍,描述了农用柴油机使用的特点、柴油机油的使用特点和发动机润滑系统的工作方式。介绍农用车的设计、改装、使用状况和内燃机燃料的情况,分析农用车所用的内燃油生产、市场状况,通过实验详细的分析,认为目前使用的柴油机油不适合农用柴油机。另外,对农用车和农机具的配套齿轮油进行研究、分析齿轮磨损的原因和机理,提出加强用油知识的宣传和维修人员的培训,农用车应推广使用GL-4齿轮油做农机具齿轮传动油。农用车用润滑油有良好的市场前景和经济效益,社会效益显著,有必要建立农机用油的相应质量标准。

The information on the present status and development trend of farm transport vehicles ＆ apparatus and diesel engine oil, gear oil in southwest areas of China is introduced.The characteristics of farm diesel engine, diesel engine oil,and work way of engine lubricant system are described. The design, reform, use and fuel status of farm transport vehicle are illustrated. The production and market status of engine oil for farm transport vehicles are analyzed.The test and analysis results indicate that the diesel engine oil on market is not suitable to farm diesel engine. Moreover, the gear oils of farm transport vehicles and apparatus are studied, the reasons and mechanism of wear on gear are analyzed,and suggestions to enhance the propaganda of using oil knowledge and the training of maintainer are put forward.The GL- 4 gear oil is popularized to use as gear transmission oil of farm apparatus.It is demonstrated that studying and producing the diesel engine oil of farm transport vehicles has not only market prospect but also economic and social effects, and it is necessary to built up the corresponding quality standards of transport vehicles.
