疏肝降脂汤治疗2型糖尿病脂代谢异常疗效观察

Observation of Shugan Jiangzhi Decoction on the treatment of disturbance of lipid metabolism caused by type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的观察疏肝降脂汤对2型糖尿病脂代谢异常的临床疗效。方法将70例2型糖尿病合并血脂异常患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组30例。2组病例均予以糖尿病饮食及低脂饮食,并采取口服磺脲类降糖药物和京必舒新治疗,治疗组加用疏肝降脂汤治疗。观察2组治疗前后血脂变化。结果治疗组总有效率80.0%,对照组总有效率53.3%,2组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论疏肝降脂汤能调节2型糖尿病患者血脂异常,疗效确切。

Objective To observe the effect of Shngan Jiangzhi Decoction on the treatment disturbance of lipid metabolism caused by type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Patients with disturbance of lipid metabolism caused by type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control groups （ n = 30） were treated by routine therapy.Patients in treatment groups （ n = 40） were treated by combination of Shugan Jiangzhi Decoction and routine therapy. Level of blood lipid was observed for evaluation of effect before and after treatment. Result The total effective rate in treatment group （80.0%） was higher than that in control group （53.3%, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Shugan Jiangzhi Decoction has a good effect on treating disturbance of lipid metabolism caused by type 2 diabetes mellitus.
