散偏汤治疗偏头痛36例疗效观察

Efficacy observation on the treatment of 36 cases of migraine by Sanpian decoction

目的观察散偏汤治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法60例偏头痛患者随机分为2组,治疗组36例采用散偏汤治疗,每日1剂;对照组24例口服盐酸氟桂嗪每次10 mg,每晚睡前服1次。2组均以10日为1个疗程,连续服用3个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率88.9%,对照组79.2%,2组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组控制率50.0%,显效率38.9%,对照组分别为12.5%、33.3%,2组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论散偏汤治疗偏头痛疗效确切。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Sanpian decoction on migraine. Methods 60 patients with migraine were randomly divided into two groups. 36 patients in treatment group were treated with Sanpian decoction,one dose daily; 24 patients in control group were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride, with a treatment course of 10 days for both groups. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 3 treatment courses in both groups. Results The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 88.9% and 79.2% respectively, there was no significant difference between two groups （ P 〉 0.05）; the control rate and effective rate in treatment group were 50.0% and 38.9%, which were 12.5% and 33.3% in control group respectively, there was a significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The Sanpian decoction is effective in treating migraine.
