上市公司融资方式种类繁多,面临选择不同的国家与公司有不同的偏好。按照资金来源的划分标准分析,上市公司融资方式中有内源性融资和外源性融资的特点。分析其发展趋势:虽然内源性融资一直是公司首选的融资方式,然而外源性融资也越来越受到重视。关于融资方式的选择,不同的理论体系所提出的观点各不相同,本文从研究方式的角度对三个体系各种理论中的不同观点进行了比较分析。

There are a lot of financing methods for different countries and different companies to choose from. This paper analyzes the characteristics and status of the internal financing and external financing,with the former one as the chief choice and the later one as the much favored. There are many points about the choice of financing methods. This article compares the different standpoints of financing from three systems.
