In Japan the entrance examination of the National Center for University Entrance Examinations is developed with the rapid development of the economics, and the form of the mass higher education. It happens in the context of educational system reform with the aim of cultivating the peoplewith individuation for the 21 century. It also absorbs the form of unionized examination, expends the application scope, uses the mode of menu examination and objective problems as the main method ofreview. With these characteristics it meets the need of universities in selecting candidates with ability, and reduces the competition pressure of the Entrance Examination effectively, and what＇s more it has a very good impact.
