摘要
在统筹城乡经济发展中需要金融支持,农村经济越发达,资金需求量越大。农业产业的特殊性和资金的趋利性,使资金不但没有大量注入,反而大量地通过各种渠道流出农业和农村,在市场经济下显得尤其突出。必须改革现行农村金融政策、体制和机构,建立适应统筹城乡经济发展的农村金融支持体系。
Financ support is required in the process of the overall planned economic development of towns and villages. The more developing the rural economic is, the more capital is needed.For the special features of agricultural industry and the funds＇ pusuit of profits, there is no large quantity of capital infusionirt rural areas; whereas a large quantity of capital rum out of agricultural industry in the raral area. It seems even worse under market eeonomy. Therefore, it is vital to reform the current financial policy, system and organization, and establish a financial support system suitable to the overall planned development of towns and villages.
