The Evaluation of Supplier Flexibility Under Supply Chain Management Model

顾客需求的变化和竞争的加剧使供应链柔性受到了越来越多的关注,供应商的柔性评价是构建柔性供应链的基础。不仅要从耗费指标和范围指标来分析供应商的外在柔性特征,还要从资源储备、制造技术、协调机制、信息系统等几个方面来分析供应商柔性的内在支撑要素,综合内在柔性和外在柔性的分析,才能全面评价出供应商的柔性水平。

With the increased customer demand and market competition, Supply Chain Flexibility has attracted more and more attention. The evaluation of suppliers＇ flexibility is the fimdation of flexible supply chain. This paper analyzes not only the external characters of suppliers through cost index and range index, but also the internal factors such as source repertory, manufacturing technology, coordination mechanism and information system. Both external flexibility and internal flexibility should be considered in all-around evaluation of suppliers＇ flexibility.
