摘要
目前,在我国人口的流动表现为从农村到城市和从城市到城市两大趋势。随着这两种趋势的不断加大产生了失业问题,形成了当前经济发展中的一个新矛盾。运用托达罗模型对这种矛盾进行分析,可找到以大力发展农村经济、改革不合理的教育制度、出台吸引人才的优惠政策加以解决的办法。
In China, the current shifting population has two trends： from countryside to city, and from one city to another city.With the expansion of both trends, unemployment has become a major barrier against the economic development. With Todaro Model, the paper analyzes the present situation and draws up such countermeasures as building up rural economy,perfecting education system and making favorable policies attracting talents, etc.
