Synthesis and Characterization of Degradable Polyesteramides

摘要 用ε-己内酯和6-氨基己酸熔融聚合生成聚酯酰胺。利用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR),核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR),差示扫描量热法(DSC),广角X射线衍射仪(WAXD)和抗张测试对聚合物的性能进行了表征,并考察了其吸水和水解行为。结果表明:ε-己内酯和6-氨基己酸可以定量反应生成聚酯酰胺;随着聚酯酰胺中酰胺键成分的提高,共聚物的热性能和机械强度提高,同时吸水率增加、水解速度加快。 A new kind of polyesteramides (PEAs)copolymer based on e- capmlactone and 6 - Aminocapmic acid was synthesized by the melt polycondensation method.The copolymers were characterized by lZTIR, ^1H - NMR, DSC, WAXD and tensile testing. The water absorption and degradation behavior were also studied. The results showed that the PEAs could be synthesized quantificationally. With the increasing of 6 - Aminocaproic acid content, the melting temperature,the tensile mechanical properties, the water absorption , and degradation behavior increase accordingly.
