川芎高效液相指纹图谱的研究

Study on the characteristic chromatogram of Ligusticum chuanxiong by HPLC

目的:用高效液相色谱法建立川芎的指纹图谱。方法:采用ZorbaxSBC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇和水梯度洗脱,检测波长323nm,使用“计算机辅助相似度评价软件”进行数据处理,对不同批药材指纹图谱的相似度进行比较分析。结果:精密度和重复性试验中各共有峰、相对峰面积的RSD均小于5%,符合有关规定,不同批号川芎药材的指纹图谱相似度较好。结论:方法准确、重复性好,为川芎的质量控制提供了依据。

To establish chromatographic analysis of Ligusticum chuanxiong by HPLC. METHODS Zorbax SB-C18 （250 mm×4. 6 mm, 5μm）column was used, and the gradient elution mode was applied with methanol and H2O, detection wavelengthwas 323nm, and data were analysed by “Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation” software to compare the quality of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort samples of different batches. RESULTS The RSDs of precision and reproducibility were less than 5%,and samples of different batches were of high similarity. CONCLUSION This method is accurate, repeatable and provides a scientific basis for controlling the quality of Ligusticum chuanxiong.
