摘要
目的:观察哌醋甲酯抗过敏性休克的作用,为临床用药提供依据。方法:选用豚鼠和Wistar大鼠,分别以马血清(DES)和鸡蛋蛋白(OVA)制备过敏性休克模型,设模型组,盐酸肾上腺素(Adr)阳性对照组及哌醋甲酯0.5,1,2mg·kg-1体重3个剂量组,观察各组死亡率并作χ2检验。结果:在豚鼠实验中,模型组、Adr及哌醋甲酯3个剂量组死亡率分别为11/12;3/12;7/12;4/12;3/12。在哌醋甲酯3组中除小剂量外,其余两组死亡率与模型组相比,P<0.05,与Adr组相比,P>0.05。在大鼠实验中结果类似豚鼠实验,哌醋甲酯中、大剂量组死亡率与模型组比较,P<0.05,与Adr组比较,P>0.05。结论:两项实验均表明哌醋甲酯有抗过敏性休克作用。
To observe the effect of ritalin on allergic shock and provide the basis for clinical use of the drug. MEWNODS Guinea pigs and Wistar rats were given to DES and OVA,respectively for causing allergic shock models,at the same time, the animals were divided into the control groups (model animals),the positive control group of Adr, three doses groups of ritalin 0. 5 mg·kg^-1 ; of ritalin 1 mg·kg ^-1; of ritalin 2 mg·kg^-1 to observe the mortality rate of every group and make x^2 test. RESUL'IN In the experiment with guinea pigs,the mortality rate of the model,Adr and ritalin three doses groups were 11/12; 3/12; 7/12; 4/12 and 3/12,respectively. In the ritalin three dose groups, except minimal dose group, the mortality rate of other two groups was less (P〈0. 05),compared with model group. However the mortality rate of ritalin groups had no difference (P〉O. 05). compared with Adr group. In the experiment with rats,the result of the mortality rate was the same as the experiment with guinea pigs. The mortality rate of maximal and middle dose groups decreased (P〈0. 05), compared with the model group and no difference (P〉0. 05), compared with Adr group. CONCLUSION It is demonstrated that ritalin has antiallergir shork effect in animal studies.
