摘要
目的:建立用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定白屈菜注射液中白屈菜碱的含量。方法:采用DiamonsilC18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈0.01mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾梯度洗脱,柱温:35℃;流速:1mL·min-1;检测波长290nm。结果:白屈菜碱的线性范围为:0.1068~1.068μg,r=0.9996(n=6),平均回收率为99.12%,RSD为1.09%。结论:该方法稳定、结果准确,可作为白屈菜注射液的质量控制方法。
To establish a method for determining the content of ehelidonine of Chelidonium majus injection by HPLC. METHODS Diamonsil C18 4. 6 mm×250 mm, 5μm, column was used; acetonitrile - 0. 01 mol · L^- 1 KH2 PO4 as mobile phase; the temperature of column was 35 ℃ ;flow-rate was 1 mL·min^-1 ; the detection wavelength was 290 nm. RESULTS The linear range of chelidonine was 0. 106 8 - 1.06 8μg(r = 0. 999 6, n = 6), the average recovery was 99. 12 %, RSD was 1.09 %. CONCLUSION This method is reliable,accurate and can be used for quality control of Chelidoniurn rnajus injection。
