高效液相色谱法测定银翘伤风胶囊中绿原酸的含量

Determination of the content of chlorogenic acid in Yinqiao Shangfeng capsules by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定银翘伤风胶囊中绿原酸的含量的方法。方法:采用SHIMADZUShimpackVPODS色谱柱;甲醇水冰醋酸(20∶80∶0.8)为流动相;检测波长:327nm。结果:绿原酸浓度的线性范围为0.1145～0.7227μg,r=0.9998。平均加样回收率为96.31%,RSD为0.77%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。

To establish a HPLC method for determination of the content of chlorogenic acid in Yinqiao Shangfeng capsules. METHODS SHIMADZU Shim-packVP-ODS column was used and the mobile phase consisted of methanol and water and acetic acid （20：80：0. 8） . It was detected at 327 nm. RESULIS The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0. 114 5 - 0. 722 7μg, r =0. 999 8. The average recovery was 96. 31%,RSD was 0. 77%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, and accurate with a good reprodu cibility and can be used as quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
