高效液相色谱法测定紫黄明胶海绵粉中大黄素的含量

Determination of emodin in pulverulent Zihuang foam-rubber of gelatin by HPLC

目的:建立紫黄明胶海绵粉中大黄素含量测定的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)方法。方法:采用HPLC法,KromasiLC18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇水(70∶30),检测波长289nm。结果:大黄素在1.96～15.68mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,加样回收率98.75%,RSD为0.33%。结论:该方法简便、准确,可作为紫黄明胶海绵粉中大黄素的含量测定方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of emodin in puLveruLent Zihuang foam rubber of gelatin by HPLC. METHODS Emodin was eluted with methanal-water（70：30） on Kromasil C18 column and was determinated at 289 nm. RESULTS The linear range of emodin was 1.96 - 15.68 mg·L^-1 , r =0. 999 9, the recovery was 98. 75 %, RSD of 0. 33 %. CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and suitable for the determination of emodin in pulverulent Zihuang foam-rubber of gelatin.
