我国农村土地调整及其影响因素的实证研究

Survey on Adjustment of Rural Land and its Inducement

土地调整是家庭联产承包责任制推行以来我国农村土地配置利用中特有的社会经济现象。笔者研究认为,农户及其农户人口的变化是直接导致农村土地调整的第一位因素,农村土地制度的缺陷也是诱发农村土地调整的因素,而农村土地负担、承包地质量、承包地的分布状况、村组组织的调地偏好等对农村土地的调整也有一定的影响。

Adjustment of rural land is an unique socioeconomic phenomena in the rural land distribution since the household contract responsibility system was implemented in China. As for the inducements, the first factor is households, whose population＇s change plays an important role in it. Another critical factor is the deficiency of the system itself. On top of these, the burden on rural land, the quality and allocation of rural land, and village organizations＇ partiality for land adjustment are also important factors.
