摘要
文章对四川盆地内天然气供应商之间实施资源联盟战略的必要性和可行性进行了分析,提出了西南油气田分公司与四川石油管理局、中石化西南分公司在油气井(区块)开发、天然气输配等方面进行合作的方式与内容,并对实施中应注意的问题提出了建议。
It' s necessary and practicable to form resource alliance between gas suppliers in Sichuan basin. Approaclies and contents for cooperation between three companies of Southwest Oil and Gas Fields Company, SPA and Southwest Branch Company of Sinopec in the fields of well/block development, natural gas transportation and distribution.
