重度妊娠高血压综合征43例护理诊断依据分析及护理对策

Analysis of nursing diagnostic evidences and nursing countermeasure about 43 heavy degree PIH cases.

目的:探讨重度妊娠高血压综合征护理诊断的依据及护理对策。方法:通过对 43例重度妊娠高血压综合征患者生理、心理和社会等方面健康状况的分析,提出相应的护理诊断,并将护理诊断分为生理性病理反应、心理性病理反应和社会性病理反应 3类。结果:针对护理诊断,积极采取相应的护理对策,经过严密病情观察,加强基础护理、及时准确地执行医嘱,加强健康教育和针对性的心理护理,患者均痊愈出院,无任何护理并发症。结论:为重度妊娠高血压综合征患者作出正确的护理诊断,采取相应的护理对策,可使患者及早康复。

Objective： To probe into the analysis of nursing diagnostic evidences and nursing countermeasure about heavy degree PIH cases, Method： Through analyzing 43 heavy degree PIH patients＇physiology, psychology and society respect＇s health status to propose corresponding nursing diagnosis that was divided into physiological-pathological reaction, psychological-pathological reaction and social-pathological reaction. Result： According to nursing diagnosis , the corresponding nursing countermeasure was adopted, By observing the patients＇condition ,strengthening health nursing, carrying out the doctor＇s order accurately in time, strengthening health education and corresponding psychological nursing, the patients fully recovered and left hospital, without any nursing complication. Conclusion： Correct nursing diagnosis and nursing countermeasure can make the heavy PIH patients recover early.
