颈椎前路手术治疗外伤性截瘫患者术后的护理

The nursing after the cervical vertebra pre-way operation to treat external injuring paraplegic patients.

目的:探讨预防颈椎前路手术后近期发生并发症的护理方法。方法:总结 30例外伤性截瘫患者的临床资料。结果:脊髓完全横断 2例仅恢复部分肌力, 28例生活均能完全自理。结论:保持颈椎稳定性是预防植骨块脱出、前移的关键;做好呼吸道管理,保持呼吸道通畅是护理工作的重点;密切观察切口渗血情况和加强功能锻炼等也是预防并发症最有效的方法。

Objective： To probe the nursing methods to prevent complications after cervical vertebra pre-way operation. Method： To summarize 30 external injuring paraplegic patients＇clinical materials. Result： The 2nd spinal cord totally transects only resumed some muscular strength, 28 other cases can totally be looked after by themselves. Conclusion： Keeping the stabilities of cervical vertebra is the key to preventing planting bone from emersion and forward leading, Managing respiratory track well is the important work in nursing. Observing the edge blooding situation and strengthening function training are also effective methods to prevent complication.
