机械通气患者及家属的心理反应与护理

The psychological reaction and nursing of mechanical ventilation patients and their relatives.

目的:了解机械通气治疗患者及家属的心理反应和心理需求。方法:以问卷方法调查神志清楚的 28例及 128位患者及家属的心理反应。结果: 28例患者中,忧郁占 92. 8%,多疑占 85 .7%,脆弱占 100%;敌对占82.1%,易怒占 96 .4%,偏激占 93. 8%, 120位家属中,忧郁占 90. 8%,多疑占 81. 6%,敌对占 80%脆弱占 97 .5%,易怒占 93. 3%,偏激占 82. 5%,其余项目无明显差异;心理需求调查中,患者需要陪护占 100%,健康教育需要占92%,减少费用为 75%、临终关怀为 67. 8%,而家属对陪护的需求为 83 .3%,减少费用为 77 .7%、临终关怀为90. 8%外,其余项目无差异性。结论:机械通气患者在治疗期间心理反应、心理需求基本上与家属一致,需对患者和家属进行心理护理。

Objective： To understand the psychological reaction and psychological demands of mechanical ventilation patients and their relatives. Methods： To investigate the psychological reaction of patients clear in mind and relatives with questionnaire method. Result： Among the 28 patients, melancholy accounted for 92.8%, suspicious accounted for 85.7%, fragile accounted for 100%, hostile accounted for 82.1%, apt to anger accounted for 96.4%, extreme accounted for 93.8%. Among the 120 relatives, melancholy accounted for 90.8%, suspicious accounted for 81.6%, hostile accounted for 80% , fragile accounted for 97.5%, apt to anger accounted for 93.3%, extreme accounted for 82.5%. And other projects have not significant difference. In the psychological demands investigation, the patients who need to be accompanied accounted for 100%, that needs health education accounted for 92%, who need to reduce expense accounted for 75%, who need to be given end care accounted for 67.85, and relatives who need to be accompanied accounted for 83.3%, who need to reduce expense accounted for 77.7%, who need to be given end care accounted forg 0.8%, and other projects have no significant difference. Conclusion： The mechanical ventilation patients＇psychological reaction and psychological demands during the treating period are the same with those of the relatives.
