摘要
目的:研究同种异体原位心脏移植术的护理配合方法。方法:配合完成心脏移植术5例。结果:5例心脏移植手术均成活,最多生存时间3年9个月,手术成功率100%。结论:要确保心脏移植手术的成功,除了常规方法外,充分的术前准备,密切的术中配合是移植手术成功的重要环节。
Objective： To introduce the cooperative nursing approach in orthotopic heart transplantation. Methods： Cooperatively performing 5 cases of cardiac transplantation. Results： 5 eases all survived with the maximun surviving time of 3 years and 9 months. The success rate of the operation was 100%. Conclusion：In addition to the routine methods,full pre-surgery preparation and in traoperative careful cooperation are essential in ensuring successful cardiac transplantation.
