注射康宁克通-A与音频电疗法结合预防深Ⅱ度烧伤后瘢痕增生的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究注射康宁克通A注射液与音频电疗法结合预防深Ⅱ度烧伤后瘢痕增生的效果。方法:将51例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者随机分成治疗组30例,对照组21例,治疗组在传统治疗的基础上应用注射康宁克通A注射液与音频电疗法结合治疗。对照组采用传统治疗方法。结果:治疗组30例39处,无1例出现瘢痕。对照组21例21处、出现瘢痕18例。结论:注射康宁克通A与音频电疗法结合能预防深Ⅱ度烧伤后瘢痕增生。 Objective: To study effect on prevention of cicatrical hyperplasia after depth Ⅱ bum with injection of Kang Ning Ke Tong A combined with audio frequency electrotherapy. Method: 51 cases of patients with depth Ⅱ bum were randomly divide into the treatment group(30 cases) and the control group(21 cases). In the treatment group, Kang Ning Ke Tong A was combined with audio frequency electrotherapy on the basis of the traditional therapy, while the traditional therapy was used in the control group. Result: No cicatrix was present in any case of 39 spots among 30 cases in the treatment group, while in the control group, cicatrix was present in 18 cases of 21 spots of 21 cases. Conclusion: Injection of Kang Ning Ke Tong A combined with audio frequency electrotherapy can prevent cicatrical hyperplasia after depth Ⅱ bum.
