射频消融术治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血临床观察及护理

Clinical observation and nursing on treatment of climacteric metropathia hemorrhgia with radio frequency dissolving therapy.

目的:探讨射频消融术治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效及护理。方法:对23例功能失调性子宫出血患者行射频消融术治疗,术前充分准备,术中严密监护患者神志、面色、生命体征,术后观察腹痛、阴道流血、阴道流液、发热情况,防治感染。结果:18例直接进入绝经期,4例月经稀少,1例停经2个月后恢复常正常月经。全部患者均无腹腔脏器损伤和盆腔感染等并发症发生。结论:射频消融术治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血具有复发少、效果好、微创、安全等优点,值得推广。

Objective： To explore effect and nursing on treatment of climacteric metropathia hemorrhgia with radio frequency dissolving therapy. Methods： 23 cases of climacteric metropathia hemorrhgia received radio frequency dissolving treatment, full preparations were made before operation, strict surveillance was conducted on the patients＇mentality, complexion and vital signs in the operation and observation was made on abdominal pains, vaginal bleeding, fluid, and fever so as to prevent infection. Results： 18 cases directly entered climacterium, 4 cases had scanty menstruation and 1 case restored normal menstruation after menopause. No abdominal visceral injury , pelvic infection and other complications were present in any case. Conclusion： Treatment of climacteric metropathia hemorrhgia with radio frequency dissolving therapy has the following advantages of few recurrence, good effect, mini-trauma and safety and should be expanded.
