摘要
文章从互动的理念着手,阐述了图书馆互动服务的意义,利用互动理论分析了图书馆互动服务的过程,得出了图书馆互动服务的模式及其在图书馆具体服务过程中的应用,最终达到使读者的信息有效增值的目的。参考文献10。
This article presents the ideas of interaction and formulates the purposes of interactive services in libraries. Interaction theory is used to analyses the process of the library services. Therefore, the format and the application of the interaction services are summarized. Ultimately, the objects of valueadded information services have been achieved, 10refs.
