从上世纪80年代初始,经过20多年的艰苦奋斗,陆良彩色沙林建设成了国家AAAA级风景区,蜚声海内外。随着云南旅游业的蓬勃发展,为了使彩色沙林实现可持续发展,解决沙林缺水和项目单一的问题,深入进行景区改造和开展新的文化旅游项目,进一步制定陆良彩色沙林发展规划,在传统的山水风光旅游中营造浓郁的历史文化氛围,把沙林建设成云南和世界著名的自然景观和人文景观溶为一体的旅游胜地。使文化成为沙林旅游的支撑,使丰富的文化内涵成为彩色沙林旅游新的经济增长点。

Over the twenty years of hard work, great changes have taken place in the early 1980s of last century in Luliang colorful sand forest. Now, it＇s well known throughout the word. With the tourism robust growth in Yunnan, solving the following problems is necessary., the lack of water and single item in sand forest. That means the natural scene should be mixed with the history culture to make it as support and soul to develop the tourism in Luliang. After further transforming, we can make the sand forest a famous scenic spot with sconces and sights of culture inters in Yunnan and all over the word.
