摘要
云南省地(州)高校音乐师范教育有在师资结构经理、教学水平不高、生源质量不高、经费投入不是等,建构地州高等师范教育的有效模式为“点、线、网、面”结构模式。具体体现在改善生源、开办成教、整合教师资源、扩大社会服务四个方面。
This paper analyzes the present situation of music pedagogical education in prefectural colleges and universities in Yunnan Province from the perspective of faculty structure, education standard and capital investment. It enumerates reform measures and successful practices of higher music pedagogical education from the improvement of the source of students, establishment of adult education, integration of faculty resources and the enlargement of social services. Thus elaborates that the structure model is both scientific and feasible.
