摘要
21世纪就业岗位对复合型人才的需要,有力冲击着高等师范院校教育改革的进度,音乐教育专业也不例外。构建音乐教育专业学生合理的知识架构,使之成为综合能力较强、实用性较高的复合型人才,有效地增强学生毕业后在就业岗位上的适应性。
The demand for the intellectuals in the 21 - century impact the reform of the higher education at normal university as well as the music education. Therefore it is essential to build up a sensible knowledge frame to cultivate them into comprehensive and flexible persons with ability so that they can adapt the society easily.
