摘要
介绍了一种以制糖甜菜废丝为原料生产果胶的生产工艺。分析了工艺条件对果胶的质量与收率的影响,并通过实验数据筛选出工业生产的最佳工艺条件。
In this thesis, manufacturing technics investigation of pectin extraction by using of beet residue thread after sugr-refining was indtroduced. Influences of technics conditions on pectin quality and output ratio were analysed. The optimizing technics conditions were obtaind by experimental.
