摘要
新白云国际机场周边地区是广州市北部的开敞空间,担负着重要的景观生态功能。然而,新机场的带动效应将使大批产业向此集结,使生态环境的负荷不断增加,不利于广州市建设“山水型生态城市”目标的实现。因此必须作出合理的产业选择与发展思路,才能协调控制与发展的矛盾冲突。借鉴国内外机场周边区发展的经验,本文提出应发展生态农业、绿色物流业、住宅业和会展业,并对工业的发展提出了一些思路。
The areas around the New Baiyun International Airport are spacious areas of the northern GuangZhou city. These areas shoulder the function of landscape ecology, whilst the new airport attracts numbers of industries to gather there, and these industries will give an increasing burden on the ecological environment. Furthermore they will hinder GuangZhou to achieve its objective as an “eco -city”， So, it is time to make a reasonable thinking in industrial chose and development. Only in this way, can we coordinate the conflicts between control and development. Learning from both the domestic and foreign expierinces of how to develop the areas around the airport, this paper puts forward the following proposal： to develop mainly ecological agriculture. logistics, real estate, convention and exhibition industry,Further more, this paper makes some advice on industrial development.
