指针疗法治疗再生障碍性贫血10例分析

Treatment of 10 cases of aplastic anemia with finger therapeutics

目的评价指针疗法治疗急、慢性再生障碍性贫血(简称再障)的疗效。方法根据经络学说的理论和针炙的临床实践经验[1],选取具有通经活络、补气生血作用的穴位,运用按摩手法按压穴位进行治疗,定名为指针疗法。三年中共治疗急、慢性再障10例。结果接受治疗的10例中,基本治愈3例,缓解1例,进步3例,总有效率为70%。结论指针疗法治疗再障是一种既有效又经济的标本兼治的好方法,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluat the curative effect of finger therapeutics on acute and chronic aplastic anemia. Methods On the basis of meridian （经络学）theory and acupuncture practical experience in clinic, selecting the points with the functions of expediting channel and activating meridian ,invigorating vital energy and blood, pressing these points through massage tact, and the above therapeutic method was named finger therapeutics. 10 patients of aplastic anemia were treated in 3 years. Results Of the 10 patients, 3 patients were primarily cured, 1 patient was alleviated, 3 patients progressed, and the total effective rate was 70%. Conclusion Treating hypoplastic anemia with finger therapeutics was the economic and effective method that could cure the symptom and pathogeny, and the method was worth generalizing and applying.
