中国汽车产业资产剥离性重组研究

我国汽车产业是关系国家经济命脉支柱产业,近些年的迅猛发展,对推动我国经济的发展有很大的促进作用。但是,我国汽车产业仍存在“过度进入”的弊端。近几年的并购性重组使中国成为汽车大国之一,成效卓著,但仍存在很多不科学的地方,并没有形成产业结构的优化,因此需要通过资产剥离性重组来纠正并购性重组过程中的错误和偏差。

China auto industry is the rising industry, concerning the economy of the nation. Rapid development in recent years has a pushing effect to the economic growth in China. However China auto industry has its problems of “Over Entrance”. In the past few years,the merging regrouping makes China an auto giant, but it is still not scientific and has not form an optimum structure. Therefore it is necessary to correct the mistakes and deviation occurred during the merging regrouping through assets peel - off reshuffle.
