探讨了未漂浆洗净度对漂白氯耗的影响。研究表明,纸浆洗净度对漂白过程影响较大,纸浆洗净效果愈差,水氯耗愈高,漂白氯耗也愈高;在漂白前期水氯耗的反应速度很快;残碱与水氯耗具有相关性。

The effects of the unbleached pulp washing cleanliness on the consumption of chlorine are studied. It showed that the washing cleanliness of unbleached pulp has vital effect on the bleaching process. The worse the washing cleanliness is, the higher the chlorine consumption of filtrate is, also the chlorine consumption of bleaching is higher. At the beginning of bleaching, the reaction rate of the filtrate chlorine consumption is very fast. The chlorine consumption of filtrate is correlative with residual alkaline.
