化疗药物对大肠癌细胞CCL229抑制作用及诱导凋亡的研究

The inhibitory effects and apoptosis of chemotherapeutic drugs on CCL229 cells in vitro

目的观察5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)、长春新碱(VCR)、司莫司汀(Me-CCNU)及5-氟尿嘧啶+长春新碱+司莫司汀在体外对大肠癌细胞CCL229的作用。方法MTT法观察药物对大肠癌细胞CCL229的抑制作用,用流式细胞仪和琼脂糖电泳方法检测细胞凋亡变化。结果联合用药组对CCL229的抑制率和诱导CCL229凋亡率均高于单独用药组。结论5-氟尿嘧啶、长春新碱、司莫司汀对大肠癌细胞CCL229均有抑制作用,联合应用比单独应用效果明显。

Objective To observe the inhibitory effects and apoptosis of chemotherapeutic drugs on CCL229 cells in vitro.Methods The inhibitory effects of the drugs were observed using MTT method and apoptosis was determined by flow cytometry and electrophoresis. Results The inhibitory effects and apoptosis of the combination of drugs were better than those of single use.Conclusion 5 - FU, VCR and Me - CCNU all have inhibitory effects and the combination of three drugs is better than single use.
