摘要
目的为揭示植物精油熏杀蚊虫的作用机制。方法用微量滴定板法测定了乙酰胆碱酯酶和非特异性酯酶活性在5种植物精油作用下的变化。结果芸香科植物精油、留兰香油和香茅油处理的致倦库蚊,其乙酰胆碱酯酶活性升高,增长率分别为12.85%,24.68%,23.50%,菊科植物精油和椒样薄荷油处理的蚊虫,其乙酰胆碱酯酶活性降低,分别降低了4.01%和5.92%。结论乙酰胆碱酯酶是留兰香油和香茅油的重要靶标酶,非特异性酯酶是芸香科植物精油、留兰香油、香茅油和椒样薄荷油的重要靶标酶。
Objective To study the insecticidal mechanism of five essential oils against Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus, Methods The activation changes of acetylcholinesterase and non-specific esterase of mosquitoes treated with the five essential oils were measured by the microplate assay. Results The acetylcholinesterase of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus which was treated by Rutaceae oil, Carvacryl oil and Citronella oil was increased. The increased rate were 12.85% ,24.68% and 23.50% respectively. When it was treated by Asteraceae oil and Mentha piperita oil,the acetylcholinesterase was reduced. The reduced rate was 4.01% and 5.92%. Conclusion The results suggested that AchE was the main target esterase of Carvacryl oil and Citronella oil, and NSE was the main target esterase of Rutaceae oil, Mentha piperita oil, Carvacrvl oil and Citronella oil.
