我国建筑防水材料的发展方向

Development prospects of building materials in our country

本文论述我国建筑防水材料的发展方向，指出对量大面广的纸胎油毡及其施工技术的提高应给予足够的重视；改性沥青油毡应以ＳＢＳ改性油毡为主大力发展；高分子防水片树则宜以三元乙丙橡胶和氨化聚乙烯为主积极发展；防水涂料要注重提高质量（特别是因含量）和增加厚度；密封材料急需开发符合国外标准的高档产品和开拓应用市场；最后建议制定建筑防水保证期制度。

The development prospects of waterproof building materials in our country have been studied in this article. It has demonstrated that appropriate attention should be paid to the large amount and widely used asphalt-saturated felt and attach primary importance to its construction technology. As far as the hihgpolymer waterproof sheet material is concerned, the triadic polyisobulylene rubber and chloride-polyethylene film should be widely developed. In addition. the quality of waterproof paint (particularly its solid content)should be upgraded and its thickness should be aptly increased. Besides the waterproof sealant should be quickly developed so that it could be produced up to the gigh hrade international standard and made well adorable in the building market. In conclusion. it has put forward that a waterproof construction rule and regulatio about its service time limit should be drawn up with operating rules.
