摘要
研究了耐高温食品级EPDM胶料配方.结果表明,对于食品卫生标准来讲,需要合理选择生胶牌号、补强剂和防护助剂的种类和用量.研制的胶料符合GB4806.1-1994标准要求,并可在140℃~160℃下长期使用.
A formula of heat-resistance EPDM for food contact application was studied. The results showed that the compound needed to use peroxide vulcanization system and coagent. The raw rubber grade, the variety and addition of reinforcing filler and that of protective agent were needed to be selected carefully. The compound met the standard of GB4806.1-1994 and could be used under the temperature of 140℃-160℃ for a long time.
