摘要
通过分析模糊智能控制和PID控制的特点,针对传统方法进行上顶栓压力控制时效果差,提出了进行Fuzzy-PID智能控制,给出了具体的实施方案,并在实验用密炼机上进行了实验,获得了较好的控制效果。
After analysis of fuzzy control and PID control, PID combine with fuzzy control was applied to control the pressure of ram piston because of the worse effect of traditional controlling methods. And the detailed plan of carrying out was given in this article. Experiment data indicated that the control system of ram piston pressure based on intelligent control had achived better effect.
