从发达国家的屋面防水看我国防水事业的发展道路

本文通过对几个发达国家防水技术的剖析，认为任何国家的屋面防水技术都是与该国国情密切相关的，因此应结合我国国情，采用两条腿走路的办法发展我国的防水事业。由于新型建筑防水材料只能随着我国综合国力的提高而逐步推广，故提高市场上量大面广的低档防水材料的防水效果就相当重要。本文建议推广在三毡四油防水中应用柔性密封接缝的方法，以达到花费小，收效大的目的。

Inconclusion, it has suggested that by extensive popularization of the asphalt-saturated felt and wide utilization of the flexible sealant tape method would being about good besulf with cost-saving and high efficiency in our waterproof construction.
