摘要
1,1-二甲氧基丙酮是一种重要有机中间体,本文采用缩醛化反应,以丙酮醛为原料,与甲醇在浓硫酸催化作用下合成1,1-二甲氧基丙酮,反应较佳条件为浓硫酸:丙酮醛:甲醇=0.03:1:7(摩尔比),反应温度为65℃。
1,1-dimethoxy-2-propanone is an important intermediate in fine chemistry. It was synthesized from pyruvaldehyde and methanol by sulfuric acid catalyst. The results showed that the optimum conditions are as follows: sulfuric acid: pyruvaldehyde: methanol, 0.03:1:7(mol); reaction temperature 65^oC.
