肿瘤患者术后血小板参数变化的分析

The analysis of thrombocyte parameters from tumor patients after being operated

目的了解肿瘤患者术后血小板参数变化。方法采用XE-2100全自动血液分析仪对110例肿瘤患者术后血标本进行血小板(PLT)、血小板压积(PCT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、大血小板比率(P-LCR)检测。结果PLT变化不明显,而MPV、PDW、P-LCR在多组肿瘤中变化明显。结论MPV、PDW、P-LCR可作为比PLT更灵敏、更早期的肿瘤患者术后监测指标。

Objective To find out the change of the thromhoeyte parameters from tumor patients after being operated. Methods XE-2100 complete automatic hemanalysis instrument was used to examine 110 tumor paitents＇ blood samples about PLT, MPV, PDW, PCT and P-LCR. Results The change of PLT is not evident, on the contrary the change of MPV, PDW, P-LCR is distinct in many tumor groups. Conclusion MPV,PDW,P-LCR can he used as more sensitive and earlier watching index than PLT after being operated.
