共刺激分子CD28和B7在胃肠道肿瘤的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的检测胃肠道肿瘤患者外周血中CD28+T细胞数量及原代细胞表面B7表达水平,以探讨胃肠道肿瘤患者共刺激通路是否异常。方法采用流式细胞术检测胃肠道肿瘤患者外周血中CD28+T细胞与胃肠道肿瘤患者原代细胞B7分子表达,并与胃肠道良性疾病进行比较。结果胃肠道肿瘤患者CD28+T细胞数明显低于对照组(P<0.01);其原代细胞表面B7-1、B7-2表达水平低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论胃肠道肿瘤患者外周血T细胞低表达CD28分子,胃肠道肿瘤细胞低表达B7分子,从而影响B7-CD28共刺激通路,使T细胞不能有效地清除肿瘤。 Objective To investigate costimulatory pathway of gastrointestinal carcinoma patients, we examined peripheral CD28^+T lymphocytes and B7 molecules expression on the histiocytes of carcinoma in patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Methods Flow cytometry was used to analyses CD28 and B7 molecules expressed on T lymphocytes and primary gastrointestinal carcinoma cells respectively. Results CD28^+T lymphocytes in gastrointestinal carcinoma patients were lower than those in control group(P<0.01). B7 molecules expressed on primary gastrointestinal carcinoma cells were lower than those in control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Peripheral T lymphocytes in gastrointestinal carcinoma patients express low level of CD28 molecule. Primary gastrointestinal carcinoma cells express low level of B7 molecules. Costimulatory pathway dysfunction in stomach tumor patients results in T lymphocytes can not eliminate the tumor cells.
