摘要
目前“双师型”师资队伍建设存在的问题是:对“双师型”教师内涵界定不清,混淆了“双师型”教师培养与“双师型”师资队伍建设的关系;“双师型”师资队伍主体不明;“双师型”教师评定缺乏科学标准。应建立与完善人才需求机制及用人机制,加大在职教师培训力度,推行“双轨制”的高职高专教师资格评审办法,力争使“双师型”师资队伍建设呈现出新的局面。
At present, there exist some basic problems on how to construct a teaching staff with two professional titles. Firstly, “teachers with two professional titles” cannot be well defined. The next is that people get confused about how to train teachers of this type and how to construct this type of teaching staff. Thirdly, this kind of teaching staff cannot be classified. And the last one is that scientific standard has not been used in the evaluation. The solutions to them are to build and improve the managing system to the professionals, to enforce the training of teachers at work, and to adopt a way called “double track system” to evaluate teachers' qualifications. Thus, the construction of teaching staff with two professional titles can take on a new look.
