辛弃疾是我国文学史上伟大的爱国词人。《汉宫春·立春日》丰富的美学特质,就在于辛弃疾以气为词、以诗为词、以文为词,塑造了一个慷慨悲凉的抒情主人公形象。这首词既显现了作者激昂奋发的远大理想,又表现了其壮志难酬、报国无路的悲愤情感,蕴藉含蓄,情深意长,意境沉郁苍凉,是一首颇能代表其早期风格的名作。

Xin Qiji was the patriotic Ci master in the classical literature of China. Spring in Han Palace the Beginning Day of Spring is full of rich esthetics traits,which lies in his Ci. To portray a lyric figure of fervent and desolate, Xin Qiji used the methods of spirit, poem and prose in this Ci. And also in this works,he did not only show his roused lofty ideals,but his grief emotion,for he couldn＇t realize his lofty aspiration and find the way he dedicates himself to his country. This Ci is rich in implicating meaning,and proud affection,but the mood is gloomy. We can see Xin Qiji＇s early days style clearly in this famous Ci.
